"Our sweet pup has a troubled past full of abuse and neglect, so when we adopted him we didn’t quite know how deep his trauma was. Steve came over for a consultation, and eased our minds as we discussed our course of action. He was kind, honest and reassuring, and with a good sense of humor. We opted to do a group class with Steve, and are so glad we did! He does a great job of making time for each dog, and provides plenty of personalized advice for whatever issues you are seeing at home. Steve also does a great job of “training” the dog’s owners as well - he eased my mind many times about some of our dog’s behaviors and has helped me understand different signs and situations that we should avoid.
